Is there any way to message all of your officers at once??? if so, where

If you reply to a message, there will be a 'Send to All Officers' button below the message window. If you hit that instead of 'send', it will automatically send it to all officers.

It will even include the automatic header:
"To All Officers"
"To All Officers"

I dont belive this appears in chaos, though it might just be because im an alliance leader
