what is the attack calculations of fleets now? is it still 10% of planetary defence?

eg. to take a 3tril planet defence, i'd need atleast 301bil fleet power?

You need to send 30% or more in fleet power of the planets natural defence power (not including platforms).

So, taking your 3 Tril planet defence as an example, your fleet power would need to be 900b before you even scratch the planets defence.

so what about the platforms then? what if the planet has 0 def but 3tril on platforms?
are the figures the same? If i attack with 800bil fleets will they still be destroyed?

That was 900bil defence with 150bil fleets barley breaking a sweat, first attack only halved fleet strength so could have gone higher.
Thats far from 35%... is there anyone who actually knows the right number?

So i'll FYI this for everyone -

as far as i can tell, if its actual planet defences, you need 30-35%.

if its only platforms however, you only need 10-15% fleet power
