Multi Accounts.

Main ID / Ascended ID. I believe these accounts are owned/used by the same person, who has been previously banned for multi abuse.
1964494 / 8229
1916851 / 6863
1987484 / 10463
68237 / 3165
Also please check:
56522 / 10419 (account was sold on 21st March.. previous owner is suspicious)
1994026 / 12046

He's currently banned so guessing you're on the right track.

Interesting. I thought that ID was banned, but it is no longer banned on ascended. Seems the ban still applies on main.

68237 and 1916851 were a part of one of the multi groups banned a while ago, both are still banned.
1987484 is inactive, does not appear to be a part of any current or previous multi group.
1964494 currently has no active multi accounts.
56522 and 1994026 are clean.
This does bring up an interesting alternative topic of discussion, I will open a thread.

Those IDs are not banned on ascended...
