Everyone gets the 12 hours.
The 12 hours is leeway for people that sleep or work, people CHOOSE when they want to go in within that 12 hours, if you go in early you risk an early death but you get more turns and dmu to start with.

@slim, your option if you want to claim it :P, probably wouldn't, some chose to :P. I did hide it though, bit odd it started showing early seemed to consider everyone lost.

With unseen threat the Indu taking the butcher.

Ah yes, was looking at the most damage for all cases (of which unseen threat will still take the cake for Indu).
