Change to Sab cap

Currently a player can only be sabebd a certain amount of times before they hit the "cap" and become sabbed out, and no more covert operations can be used against them, cant remember the exact number, but thats not whats important.

Near the end of the wave, players will get a friend to send 1 spy to sab them constantly, thereby preventing anyone from actually sabbing them seriously.

I would suggest that only successful sabs count toward the "cap", to prevent this behaviour.

What y'all think?

One could still get phased out pretty easily. It would just require to change the tactics a bit. I don't really mind that cap much, to be honest.
Now the 11 attacks per 30 seconds cap.. That one is a very outdated and unnecessary cap.

The cap is fine, but failed sabs counting towards it is a bit silly.

I don't think it would be that easy at all to stay sabbed out if only successful sabs counted.... I mean at some point you have to build stats, and then any successful sab is going to do a hell of a lot of damage.

Unless of course you don't build ANYTHING until the final turn change has happened. But that is risky has hell.
