I just finished my ascentions, but when I clicked the Begin Exodus button It pops up w/

You tried to access the address http://newgrounds.gatewars.com/ascendMain.php, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.
Check that the setup of any internet security software is correct and does not interfere with ordinary web browsing.
If you are behind a firewall on a Local Area Network and think this may be causing problems, talk to your systems administrator.
Try pressing the F12 key on your keyboard and disabling proxy servers, unless you know that you are required to use a proxy to connect to the internet. Reload the page.

Regarding the one NGM per household:-

The 'legitimate multi' is allowed. Everyone can see which accounts are NG accounts (they are marked in display name publically). Each IP/user will be allowed one NG account in addition to their Main account, legally. Any 'second or more' NG accounts on the same IP is banned, regardless of family size.
It is encouraged to use same username, but this is not mandatory.

I'm having the same problem. However no one at my house plays and I'm getting a 500 internal error. So somehow I don't think it's IP related.

Any chance on getting this fixed? XD

Also who do I speak to about getting my actual forum account (Vendetta) back. Because apparently it both exists, and doesn't exist at the same time.

I was trying to get on skype, but my old account doesn't want to work with half my contacts. I tried making a new one but this laptop has windows 8, so skype is like, a **Filtered** app now, I dunno, it's being an ass. I'll try again though.

This is still a problem. I understand it's easter. But is this being looked into? Would be nice if someone who is actually involved would reply. :/

I have looked into it and found about that what you are saying is true, it has broke. Im calling out a bug killer to take care of the bug

i just mailed support again i mailed a week b4 easter and over easter so either its a big bug and that isnt going to kill it da vinci or the admins forgot about it
