Hi! I was just wondering if something has recently changed in the game regarding the cost to ascend? The ascension screen told me it would only cost a few hundred billion naq to ascend (i forget the exact number, it was right around 200,000,000,000)I took the correct amount out of my bank, but when I ascended, i only had 2,052,375,957,900 naq in my bank. I had approx 48,000,000,000,000 naq in my bank before ascending. I did receive the naq for my weapons,etc., 16,800,000,020,000, outside of my bank. So it cost me approx 46,000,000,000,000 to ascend. Is this correct?

First, this is the wrong section for this kind of inquiry...I'd recommend the Newbie/FAQ section for these kinds of questions.

To answer your question, you don't keep naq in your bank when you ascend on the main server (that's different from the ng server). To keep naq when ascending, you should broker it away to a friend who can then send it back to you afterwards (or just set up the broker and keep it open while you ascend, then they reject after you finish).

Thanks for the quick reply. It's never done this when I've ascended before that I can remember. I've never had that much naq. I won the lottery here 2 weeks in a row. So I lost that 48 trillion then? Well that's just a game killer for me. It should really tell you that in the ascension costs screen. I know it sucks to lose naq like that, but you can make it back! There are so many inactive accounts that make tons of naq and uu and if you put in some effort, you'll be able to make that 48 tril and then a ton more too! I hope you stick around and keep at it. The game is a lot of fun once you get invested in the community...ooooooorrrrrr maybe I should tell you to run before you become addicted haha...
