Edit: Also there is another bug causing the "remove polarized shield" option from not showing which is probably a more important fix. (posting on behalf of someone)

Hmm, that does look odd, same people showing up multiple times.
I just checked and I dont have this bug - although I only have 6 people on that list.
The polarised shield thing.. are you sure there is supposed to be an option to remove it?
I thought it was an era long shield that cant be removed by either party once its set, but I may be mistaken

I cant really comment so much on the shield as i havent used it, i'm posting the bug for someone as they dont have the abillity to post at the moment. Would be nice if someone could clarify or an admin to look at it if it is indeed a bug.

The remove shield option was removed due to cheaters making multi accounts mid era which could catch up so easily, due to all the features made for late comers to be able to catch up with the rest, that they could mass any top account.
Granted, they could still make a multi account and mass you with it (and as we've seen, the game admins don't do much about such accounts), but you can at least make sure the shield sticks if you polarize them and force them to make another account.

Can't seem to replicate the issue.
I set all the people in your list to have war set on me, and I don't have the issue at all.
Does it just appear like this everytime?
Did this appear after certain actions (going to a certain page and then to "War Declared on Me") or does it just appear anytime you click on "War Declared on Me"?
EDIT: I originally declared war on everyone in that list, misreading what had happened... don't worry, I wont mass any of you... or will I?

It seems to be every time i go into war declared on me page weather i do anything before hand or not. I know that there are others who get this bug as well.

Issue was due to multiple declarations set against the same user. Removed duplicates and set restriction so it wont happen in the future.
