my tecs will not upgrade

You have 20k techs in total, the maximum for level 25 accounts.
You can not go beyond that.

What about 20K tech in each cathegory?

Maybe reading the post above again will answer that for you.

If that's to hard then I feel for ya I really do.

I read that as him making a suggestion, to increase the tech limits to apply to each tech individually instead of as a total.
Given the obvious overpoweredness of techs however, that is a definite no, sorry (although capping individually at 5k might not be a bad idea *pensively strokes white kitten*).

plx no capping at 5k I just got a game plan ive been working on and it's going ok
