the topic is simply we need a new appeals process

why

because the Section heads have not overturned many if any warning since starting this way plus some were really really borderline warnings for Field marshall in some instances

I feel a vote should be had to change the system

If someone spams, and they get warned for spamming, and we agree it was spamming and this happens 500 times, then it doesn't mean the final process is flawed, it just means the rules haven't changed and 500 people didn't remember or know the rules.
