I dont play Q >< its annoying seeing that....add a button somewhere to remove it if we dont want to see it...unless one has been added while i was gone and I dont know where it is....if there is such a button please tell me for the love of god where it is lol.

I think that's the point of the announcement, to try to bring more players in

Anywhos, those announcements are usually automatically hidden after a week or two.

I don't really see the issue? I have my announcements up for ages. No one has ever complained. It's not going to destroy your life

Same could go for them, I am sure I am not the only one that finds them annoying when ever they pop up. If promotion is needed then thats an awesome idea however if someone does not wish to continue to see it on a daily basis then perhaps a small button could be put in place to fix that.

As far as I am aware the ascended ones are more based on actual updates most of the time? (forgive me if I am wrong I have been away for 3-4 months now). Updates etc are important for people to see no doubt about that however endless promotion on something some people have no need or want for that could be fixed with a button option to see such things could be a welcomed minor update.

I am just throwing it out there, its not like I am threatening to burn anyones childhood teddy bear.................
