I was asked by the mentioned user to give back naq that I took, mind you when I say him he was at 300m, when I hit I got 1.2b. He also asked for 50% more back. This user has asked me to break the rules and do something that is illegal. Please review the users logs and make sure that he hasn't sent the same type of message to another user who may have done it, as feeding is against the rules.

Had I followed through it we both would have been banned. As feeding is against the rules.

I can see where someone says I sniped them. However I was looking at the ranks, and found him.
When I hit the attack button he only had 300mish out, imagine my surprise to see 1.2b taken

Actually. The definition of giving resource by use of purposeful attack would argue otherwise.

OK, it seems this rule may need some clarification/proper definition... I'll look into that soon.

Regardless, no rule has been broken, so no punishment is required.
