My CER is way off what it should be and had been for the past couple days. I am relatively new and it is around 90,000,000 when it should be about 390,000,000. When I go to the introspection screen it has the right thing but for some reason it is not right on the main and is only giving me what is listed on the main screen. Just wondering if anyone knows why this is?

Do you have more than 5 billion planets? If so You get like 5% of your CER in growth. There should be a paragraph about it in the Cosmic Development page under where you buy more fleets towards CER.
