the army cap for pergis just stupid, too many nobs in perg just sitting on income planets and BS
drop the limit to 20m , and kick everyone above 18m then allow them to go back in after 4 days from then ,
let us farm
get alot more naq going let the farmers be a little more competitive
P.S
any acc's in the HE /etl/kj size shouldnt be allowed to farm those perg accs ^_^
or their multis! lol >_>
