I have emailed support@gatewars.com as well as urgent@gatewars.com to get this resolved before market resets but it seems it won't be resolved.

I traded 1 MT + 1k GnR for APP on ascended and instead of getting APP on my NG ascended account my APP was reset to 0 and my MT and GnR drained on my NG main account.

Fair warning if you have a NG do not trade GnR for APP as it will never be resolved since admins don't care about the game anymore. Scripters have a field day. I know I will.

Out of interest, when did you try and convert GnR to APP?

Should try more emails. If you spam Support just enough admin will stop having a real life and fix your issues quicker.
