imo your way off Moriarty... by that sense might aswell just say get rid of attack cos people farming and massing is killing the game... we can all build defences and compare them and train billions of safe spies that will return to their Jaffa wives.

When I say ME is ruining things, I mean that players aren't satisfied with their own ME ranking, then try to go find stats to mass. Its "random massings" to the receiving end of it, and then that's leading players to leave. I'm not off base in that

This reason is bullying because it sponsors random massings to bump your ME rank. Either building in wars, random massings, you name it. This change increase the "war" like element to the game, and since players would rather build a community/alliance, and their own accounts, they left.
