Unable to use Wreckage Turns

What happened: I started the Assault on Calgaron T3 with 1 normal AT with my Demi Azazel. I then tried to add 947 wreckage turns, at the time I had 948. So I then tried just 1, realized I had left it on normal turn. So I changed it to wreckage and then set it to 100, and noticed I still had 948. So I did 300 and then noticed I lost my normal ATs. which btw sucks as I needed them for something else.
Any chance I could get my ATs back?
