Stat Bug

I thought it was weird that my stats was way higher than the number 1 spot until I noticed a few things between me and the spy report. The number 1 spot is my officer so I am able to see everything (We are both level 25 fully ascended):
Me:
5,000,000 Misinformers @ 1000 tech level = 1,019,502,275,260,515
(Level 39 AC)
Him:
25,000,000 Misinformers @ 2000 tech level = 137,625,731,250,000
(Level 40 AC)
Now correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't his AC stat be way higher than mine? He has a higher AC level, 5 times more AC people than me and twice the tech level.
So what is going on here?

At current working it out if he was to place 5 mil on a/c without even doing techs I roughly worked that to be 131 tri power.

I would see it in the report if he changed. I would see if he got rid of all his techs/people. That is the amount calculated with the amount of people and techs in the report. It is all on the same page, so it would be impossible to change anything without it immediately reflecting.

Only update on this is that I cannot replicate the reported bug, Slim.
The account you spied has no covert tech and the stats currently seem to be properly calculated.
I will keep an eye on it to try and see if it happens again.

Did you look at the report ID I gave you and compare it to my current stats?
Edit: His stats has indeed changed since the report, but at the time I spied him he was number 1 in rank overall. The stats I listed in above post was where he was at and so the report should have shown his stats way higher than mine taking in techs and amount of people. His stat calculation may have been correct, but the report definitely could not have been.
