Can't find out the following:
- how up you have to be for G&R gains to be higher than one.
- i read while searching that War declarations reset upon ascending, does this still apply?
- if so, is this reset unilateral or bilateral?
- i returned and had about 20k turns (5k plus personal) how is turn generation managed nowadays? after the 5k limit do i get personal turns or are those exclusively obtained trough the market.

well here is my opinion, take it or leave it if you wish.

top 125 is a safe bet to lazy to do the math sorry.

yes

bilateral. you start out with no farm list but you also have no one set war to you. (if you have income this will change very quickly)

personal turns are just through the market, and cannot be traided. regular turns will auto regenerate up to 5k, (even if you have 15k personal turns-so this can be a income as well-until you burn through your personal) that being said turns are very easy to burn through with a decent farming list. or raiding. or war....
