Largest up planet ever seen?

Curious on what was the largest Unit Production planet there was ever seen?
Just on up not defense on it.

Well considering UP planets only give half of natural it would be pointless for all but 3 or 4 people to go past 1.5 mill UP planet.
That being said, I have seen 2.2m. (Converted from an attack attribute was not getting full power.)

i know of the whereabouts of a def/up with +1.9m UP... is the biggest i have seen.
i do think HE's would be about that too
