So in TDM, built over 35dmu/turn and the sig entities requirement was striken out.
built over 200 AC and the requirement was not striken out.

either arena stats are supposed to affect it and ac is not getting registered or they aren't and dmu is registering.

Yeah sadly that doesn't count in tournaments. Nor does the "build 50 quad strike" achievement or any of the other stat achievements.
