Upgrade Cost

Could you make it so that UP shows the cost of the upgrade like Techs do.
Message you get when you try to add UP and don't have the funds "NO RESOURCES LEFT!!!"
Message you get when you try to add techs and you don't have the funds "Not enough resources (762,500,000) to upgrade!"
