Hi Folks

Not sure if you can help me with this issue. A good friend of mine gave me his old account generously but unfortunately he had forgotten his full login for the ascended for this account. We have tried all methods to retrieve the information in his old logs and his other docs but to no avail.

The main account ID is 8561 which I have full access to the main account but as for the ascended - I have the name for definite but am not sure about the password. As for the email address used - we could not find that out.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

you may want to pm support directly, you have a better chance of getting your problem looked at sooner.
