o.O he will have to wait for new assension levels I guess :/. is there a time scale for when you will be finished Support? can wait to get back accended

Yes, as Clockwork diligently pointed out any current 'Unknown' Daimons can request a one-off 'reset' (through e-mail:
support@gatewars.com).
This reset will put their Ascended on standard 'Descended' status for the standard duration (2 weeks) and take their Main out of the Daimon state.
New Unknown Daimons from today's 00:00 gametime (Feb19) will not be eligible for this reset. The non-Unknowns can use the standard method.
After the final test and loophole-check I will enable this publically.

I was unaware that my alliance member was an Unknown. You should be receiving an email from them soon.
