officer relations button gone?

there was buttons to set officer relations to peace/war/neutral... have they been removed? seems i cant find them?

When looking at a player's stats page, at the bottom of the 'actions' button group, you find "Commander Relations". Here you can set "All Out War", "Total Neutrality" or "Total Peace".
To reset the relations of you and your officers, go to your Relations page.
Does anyone else have these buttons not appear? I can set my officer relations as per usual, and I cannot replicate this on my end.

with an officer, no such bottons appear...

You need more than one officer, and they cannot be you, deleted or banned.
(So in your case Teesdale, you need another one for the buttons to show.)
