Im looking to boost my UP and make some new friends along the way. Feel free to add me as a commander im looking to reach capacity with this(think its still 25 officers?)

I offer weekly newsletters to all my officers with interesting and weird stuff to watch and read. You will be treated like family and since we space family my ships are your ships. I can offer help with alot of things so as i said feel free to add me as your commander.
OH YEAH....i make about 56bil a turn so far so the reduction in income would be greatly appreciated till i figure out what Ken-chan decides to do.
