Covert and AC level

Hey Peeps,
Was wondering if my memory still severs me correctly or if admin/Support changed this rule while I was away last year. The max covert and AC level anyone can get is 42 correct? I looked back through game updates and found this from September 2012:-
Bank Size Max
The last bank update allowed bank size of the next covert level (if it was greater than previous max). This holds, but the covert level bank max STOPS at existing level 41 (so enough for level 42). Beyond that and the bank DOES NOT grow. Even the sky has a top.

It is 'technically' possible to get 43, although you run the risk of getting autobanned due to the amount of naq required.
(plus, every man and his dog would be watching for a chance at snuffling up that naq)

Technically 44 is possible without getting banned.
43 is relatively easy, just takes 2 41+s with completely filled banks. Gets a bit more challenging for 44, needing 4 41+s maxing out their bank. 45 is technically impossible since 105 is too much.
Anyone attempting this, good luck. Do consider the rule of Five when it comes to sabbing people though.
