Than its working correctly, sol said a few months ago he meant it

does make sense though in the way that its a counter for you keep 6 demis equipped permanently...means you have to be more strategic with your demis

Yup as tees said, thematically think of it like this, you are empowering your Demi gods, but the more Demi gods you empower, the less efficient the energy transfer becomes so you need to put more effort into the process.
