how many ascensions are there now and what are the names

If you mean how many races are there in ascended (you posted in ascended section) then 4. Indu, Ajna, Tolah and Ori.
If you mean ascension levels in main then 23.

It is.
The only other ascension title you'll see is conquerer of the new world, which is equal to Origin of existance (lvl 20). It's the level a newgrounds main starts at when it is created.
