Just Wondering i have a friend i am working with and he has been playing a few weeks and has been around rank 200 and has yet to gain any GnR what could be the problem?

only way in theory that would stop him from getting it, unless for some reason his acc has a bug or something?
But as the guys above said, most likely the cause
