we all know that this is a war game but all he had to do his msg me and let me know if I didn't stop there would be retaliation. instead he decided to mass and as a result I Officially declare war on his entire alliance.
everything goes so say hello to my guerilla tactics.
planets will be taken on a daily basis and massing will be done at least 5 times a week.

the fact is and all that matters is that now you have an active player constantly in your logs.

try diplomacy before belligerence next time and you could avoid issues like these all together.
