Is there anything special about the weapons you can buy from the GnR marketplace? Obviously besides their strength, is there anything else special about them?
Are they harder to sab? get targetted last when sabbing? are unsellable? if they are sellable what do you get back from them?
The game updates file doesn't have much info on them

Weakest weapons always get targeted first so these cannot get sabbed unless their strength dips below normal weapon strength. They tend to take a lot longer to mass as well (someone might phase before these weapons are zeroed...usually it's pretty close but you can get in a massing of them before phasing happens).
Downside: you cannot repair them. However, if you buy more, they are automatically repaired. They are handy if you are trying to protect spies in a pinch (preferably with you on nox). They tend to die super quick on war/war.

Mathlord knowledge FTW
I assume you probably have the answers to my growing list of questions and uncertainties about new features that aren't that well documented on the game updates page, or on the forum?

Some of them...I admittedly don't keep up with all of them either

Mostly the ones that are relevant to massing. Kill Kill bam bam and all that jazz.
