Email with new password not received

Heya,
I've changed my old accs and got new one in exchange, I've changed email but I didnt recieve any with new password. Tried several times by using "forgot password?" and checked spam too.

My mail: patosus@post.sk

I've sent an email to urgent as well but no response and 2 planets already lost on new acc. :(

How do you mean swapped accounts?

If you have already sent an email to urgent, not much else to do but wait.

Then surely you should be talking to the seller to get the correct password?

As Ben says support wont give out account emails m8 you need to contact who you bought it from....

I think he is saying he logged in, changed email (which automatically sends a new pass to that email) and hasn't received the new pass yet.

I guess you maybe did a typo when writing the email in, support should be able to help if you give enough details. Good luck.

Yes, thats it! I forgot to say that I've changed my email but didn't recieve any with new password. I am sure the email is right as I've asked the seller to check notification email about changing email address and mail as correct. Also when I ask for new email via "forgot password" it says "Details sent." otherwise when you put the mail you are not using it says that there is no account with the address.

Emails from the gatewars domain are occasional blocked, a gmail account is a good example of that. Given your not getting the password reminder mails, you might be in a similar situation.

Make sure you add the gatewars domain to your email whitelist to ensure that they are not being filtered out. (preferably server side)

I use gmail, my SGW messages go straight to spam, but they're there. Check any spam or "trash" folders your email provider might have for you.

I am doing this everyday 2 times and there is empty folder.

^this one... i had a simular problem with gmail, had to add gatewars domain to trusted mail list in order to get mail...

I've been using this email for years and never had problem with emails. I'll try it in this week once I come back home coz from my smartphone there is not much settings.
