Raiding beyond limits

How is it possible to raid beyond the raid limit, even raid beyond the plague limit?
That I never understood....

only works in dev server
raid to limit, sell on p2p do this 3 times then cancel all sales on p2p which will leave you with 2 bil uu
there was a thread about it a couple of days ago where admin says it was fixed in main
