Is this some new thing now? Multi acc's being legalised?

yeah kinda like that but just one multi it was done to keep good image of the game and still show that like 100 is playing when in reality its twice less

New Ground Multi. You still can't have two or more main accounts, but you can have a NG account and a main.

A NG account has a * at the start of its name.

Originally was so newcomers had a chance of catching up to long term accounts, but now seems all players have them.
