buying ascended account for new multi

in the market for unascended accounts you can buy support status. and the idea it that for multi accounts coming out of quantum they have the option to not ascend anymore and able to buy a ascended account off the market with gnr like support status.

being able to get an ascended account without ascending your multi by buying it in the market. (like you can buy support status for an unascended account)

Ah, I suppose I see what you mean.
No. The Ascension process and the creation of an Ascended account are tied 1:1. This principle is why you can -for instance- not buy ascension levels for an NGM-type account without actually ascending at least once.

im not sure what you mean by tied
