other players cant enter the arena as they stuck on rank 0

Same here, still unranked after 15 hours. I was in the arena, did some training, got booted at first turn change and stuck unranked ever since. Tried training, untraining, buying/selling weapons and changing alert level, nothing works. Anything else results in this message, "You cannot engage an enemy if you don't know how good you are! Wait until turn change to be ranked!"
