I changed my race twice upon first entering the ascended server but now I do not have any planets despite a few days having gone by. Can someone please let me know what is happening with my account or if this can be fixed?

Having looked at your account, you need to invest in some Charisma. You can find that on the Power Ups page.

Next, you need to increase your Cosmic Exploratory Recon Fleets, which you can find on the Cosmic development page.
