comander question

Ok, my brother and a class mate have joined SGW and I want them to be my officer, BUT ITS NOW POSSIBLE! when they click my name, theres no "be my commander" button!
:'( please help
could the problem be the following: they have bothed used my laptop (At home and in school to log in, is there an..... ip conflict thingy?

Go to the bottom of your headquarters screen. There is a "contact" button. On the contaqct page you will find newly formatted instructions on how to contact administration. Please do and hopefully your plight will be resolved, and you can bully people until the cows come home.
