I am currently above the stated rank to be accumulating glory and reputation points. I am not gaining any points however. I recently unascend ed from the ascended server. Is there any way my account can get back on track to gaining points?

if you have nox on, you need to turn it off to gain points.

Damons don't gain G&R. You have to change to an unasceded race before you can start gaining again.

Why did you unascend?

But yes, Duderanch is correct, you will need to race change to one of the unascended races (including all weapons / tech) before you will be able to gain G&R again.

I unascended a while ago. I have all of my race attributes set to non ascended (specifically labeled as such.)

I am above the rank that is denoted for gains in g n r but there is still no listed Gain in points per turn when I am in the rank range for point gain.

Should I change my race even though it is all still labeled as non ascended?

What else could be the issue here? I am upset that this account cannot seem to ascend anymore.

It states me as partially descended and semi ascended.

I can only change the race bonus, technology, and Social structure all of which are already unascended levels.

Does there seem to be any hope of ascending again?

Well, if you can confirm that you do NOT have NOX insurance ON, go HERE and send Support a message, providing your in game name/ID and as much info about what you did/have done so far.

I went ahead and changed the race attributes and that did it for me. Thank you everyone.
