Is it normal to lose all attack weapons even tho I've got attackers and half of my guard weapons even tho I've got enought guards just asking

i mean. Sounds like you were sabbed.

Check your Tab for Intelligence and see if there are any entries under the Intercepted Intel operations, even if they have a bunch of ?? question marks, and that will mean that someone (dastardly and bold as they may be) used the Sabotage button against you to Attack you. Depending on this Era's special features, it may be that certain players can Sabotage and affect Attack weapons possibly more heavily than Defense weapons?

That would be the only thing I could think of as generally Sabbing affects Defense weapons primarily first before Attack/Offense weaps so this may be things we will discover as we navigate this Era.

Report it to Admin as a Bug, maybe then it will be explained as a possible new rule/exception or a feature of one of the Quantum Focuses?
