I massed a lot today, and I waited for today to do it so I could use 2 brand new PPT's.
after I was done killing people I went to the market and clicked ppt. no other market transactions were made. I logged back on this evening to look around at things and I saw that I had used 6/6 market turns and 2/2 ppt's. I only have 2000 minutes left which is the total time deduced from the purchase of my first PPT. So something happened that took my other 3 market turns and my last PPT THAT I NEED!!! some GLITCH means I no longer get to avail of the ppt I used market turns for even though I didn't buy it. PLEASE god of administration and moderation help me.

Sounds like you double clicked the Claim PPT button twice by accident.

Consider it a learning experience, I don't remember anybody being granted a reset in the past.

If you are a member of an alliance, and have been for 5+ Days, you can ask them to use alliance PPT to give you an extra 12 hours or so.

Can you put a child lock on it to prevent double clicking or if you double click then allow a consecutive PPT term?

^ would have thought it impossible to do a double click on any off the market options.. but wouldn't that atleast granted one ppt not none?

Not sure where you got no PPT from, he said he had 2000 minutes left when he logged in.

Are you actually pushing the PPT button more than once assuming it's just going to add another 48 hours onto the timer or something like that?

Both the PPT methods you can spend market turns on to get put on PPT set your protected time to 2880 minutes (48 hours), they do not ADD 2880 minutes to your protected time, so clicking multiple times will just reset your protected time to 2880 minutes, regardless of how much it was before hand.

This is how PPT is/was/always has been, it has never been intended to allow you to simply buy two PPT's and not login again for 4 days... I can only assume you were under the mistaken understanding that it was.

Regardless, Support has modified the market page to prevent buying a second PPT within the first hour of protection.
