Going for the multi

Hey there. So I'm going for the multi and my first 10 ascensions were fine and fast enough only taking a week or two, but now, 11 onwards, is taking a while. Any tips or tricks on how to make this go faster? So far I've found using the MT's solely for UU and training them to higgs production is best, but anything else at all? Thank you

Train 1 third of uu to priests rest whatever you want I train mine as miners
Raid every day,
Before you ascend untrain all miners and turn them to ms's then check galactic activity page find a target who has been hit over 10 times (they should have no ms's to fight back with) then farm using all your turns ascend
Rinse and repeat
