Looking for a commander.

Hey, I'm looking for a commander to give me a bunch of extra naq a turn, how is that for honesty? I don't have much in the way of UP at the moment, however I'm ascending so it's only going to get bigger and bigger with each jump. That being said, I'm sure there is a kind soul out there who wants to send me a few bil a turn my way
