Alliance without leader *NO BUG*

I recently made an alliance and that account got deleted but now the alliance has no leader. This is an interesting bug, lol.

Not a bug. After x days the 2ic, if any, can make themselves leader. If not, the alliance will be automatically deleted after x+y days.
