Summer sale is currently on so would reccomend stocking up from black market.

There is an option to generate MPDSD on the market pages, where you can exchange each market turn for 3 MPDSD days. You get 6 market turns a week, so a maximum of 18 MPDSD can be made if PPTs are not used.
The only other options are you get some when ascending, or you buy from the black market.
