Banking fee *NO BUG*

I'm posting this in bugs, since it's something that purposely didn't happen until now.
For a few days I now I see a message in the bank that a 2% fee is being deducted for each transaction (banking).
Until now it explicitly said something along the lines of "the bankers are your slaves, so no transaction fees, blah blah".
What happened? I have to say, this is a pain in the ***.
2% is a lot when you ascend with quadrillion(s), or just if you don't feel like taking out he exact amount of naq each time you train, build, repair, etc.
I must have lost 80tril during my last ascension due to this, since I wasn't aware of this.
If it's a 'feature' I stand corrected.
