what does it mean when you god quest someone and their main id number is 0?
on vac? deleted? banned?

It means they don't matter

Means you failed to find out their Main ID, but had enough covert to discover other details. I'll have a look at the specifics, it should display a random ID if you're in that window between 'almost there' and 'enough'.
