What are your ingame goals? War, income? Unless going for a income account it will basically never be worth it to invest a ton of naq into your UP. UU's are very cheap.
I personally am going for a 2.4 mill raw on a war account but that is just because I want a trip to be 1.2T/1.2T/1.2m Att/Def/UP and no this is not a good naq investment.
