Well there is nothing like friendly farming (and raiding) and when you attack someone with 3 T def for stupid 200- bil.
and saying make defense .. and i have same defense as you(and on *account i have double) ..then something is wrong ..


I accept this provocation as formal personal war declaration . (after you get warning message you hit me for 120 bil. )
personal i dont care if we have fun on main server only or you will have war on ascend too (my ID is 1106).

i hope alliances dont help with resources or other stuff.

rules (on main)
have 3T minimal defence (24 hours without 3T def. .. automatic lost this war)
time ... forever

we are at war ..so personal war is not need .. but when "friendly" alliance member farm you for stupid 130 bil. naq. then its time to ma topic about it ..and he automatic accept personal war after my warning message was send and he hit me on 8 T defence for another 130 bil.

So the answer is NO.

Unless he agreed to your "rules", you demanding that is just being a bully. So count me in. I don't follow your "rules"

and there was topic around year 2012 or i am not sure whe was 1 hit policy ..
1 hit was automatic mass .. from one alliance so then was discussion and consensus was 3 hits is automatic war declaration .. i only accept it .. he attack me first , he ignore warning message , i only make topic about it on forum ...
